2. Dara BB-650 bottle blower (with 360° rotating transport screw) and Nilfisk dust collector
3. Onward transport via double-track conveyor belt into
4. IMA SWIFTPACK Swiftvision II OPT Twin tablet counter, with 12 channels each (total 24 channels), with HMI panel, optical sensor for bottle detection and counting as well as tablet feed from TECNOMECANICA-Elevador Comprimidos 2D Elevator for tablets/capsules
5. Continued transport via double-track outfeed conveyor belt with 2 reject stations
6. MECAFORMATOS Mod. Cerradora de tapas Press-on capping station, manual cap placing space for up to 4 people
7. Further transport with conveyor belt division into left and right
8. Further transport to the left with through-the-wall transport to VIDEOJET 3120-IP54 laser coding station with extraction for bottom marking of the containers with batch number and expiring date, including TECNOMECANICA Bastidor housing for the Videojet and the Cognex IS7402 camera print control
9. Transfer to manual foil application and GERMARK ES/200 shrink tunnel for sleeving the bottles
10. Tecnomecanica rotary outfeed table, diameter 1000mm
11. Onward transport to the right after the IMA SWIFTPACK Swiftvision II OPT outfeed into IMA 4CSPP automatic capping machine for screw caps including automatic cap feeder + Enercon SS (SuperSeal) 100 for aluminum induction sealing of the caps and IMA ILSP 2 Retorquer
The line was formerly used for pots/bottles with dimensions of Ø 49 x 38 mm, Ø 63 x 110 mm and Ø 68 x 52 mm.
The maximum output of the line is approx. 120 bottles per minute or approx. 60 bottles per minute when using manually cap placing and the press-on caper.
