Bosch (SIG) / Jakob & Wienmeier / OCS / Seidenader / Pester blister packing line comprising of Kraus infeed conveyor for manually feeding the blisters, Bosch (SIG) HSL horizontal flow pack machine with Koenig & Bauer alphaJET inkjet printer for printing the variable data onto the flow packs including camera print verification, Allen Bradley PLC, 2 (two) Jakob & Wienmeier horizontal cartoning machines type CK05-AV-6/R and CCM-AH-6-600-SV with blister buffer station type CCM-PZ, wolke m600 advanced inkjet printer for printing the variable data onto the cartons including camera print verification, Laetus bar code reader, feeder for booklets, etc., OCS type HC checkweigher (max. 750 g), Seidenader T&T Single Unit Track & Trace System for marking and verification of folding boxes/cartons for serialisation and aggregation with wolke m600 advanced inkjet printer, Pester PEWO-pack 250 compact stretchwrapper with carton stacker and PEWO-collect packing table.
The line was previously used for packing blister (size 53x80, 55x83 and 31x98 mm) in flow packs which were then packed individually into cartons (1 blister per carton).
Capacity up to 120 cartons per minute.
